It is not possible to use the Returns Policy during the period from the time of order confirmation to that of receipt of the goods. For this purpose, before signing the order, please be sure that your order is correct.
Any return or exchange of goods that do not meet the above criteria will not be possible and the decision will be made at the discretion of Pladigit.

RETURN POLICY
Pladigit is available to accept the return of items no later than fourteen days from the date of receipt of the order:
The return will be accepted only under the following conditions:
● The product must have been purchased only on the Pladigit website.
● The item must be returned in its original packaging in the case of an entire pallet.
● The item must be packed in a suitable and compliant manner in the case of single sheets
● The article must be accompanied by all its documents, explanations, tags and attachments intact.
● The article must never have been manipulated.
● The return must be notified via e-mail to
● The notification must be sent before shipping the returned goods.
● The return must have been authorized in advance by Pladigit customer service.
● The package must include a copy of the original invoice.
● The shipping cost of the return will be paid by Pladigit in the case of a full pallet.
● The shipping cost will be paid by the customer in case of single sheets.
Pladigit will proceed with the return procedure, only if (1) all the above criteria are met and (2) the reason for the return is one of the following:
- A mistake was made during the purchase process.
- Pladigit made a mistake in shipping the order.
- The item is defective.
AN ERROR HAS BEEN MADE DURING THE PURCHASE PROCESS
In the event that you have received one or more than one items from Pladigit and you have made a mistake during the purchase process, you can use the Returns Policy only and only if they meet the aforementioned requirements and only under the following condition:

In the event that all the criteria are met, you can decide to either change or return the product.
REPLACE A PRODUCT
In case you want to replace a product:
● You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
● The product must be shipped by you with transport insurance.

● You will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the product's displayed price, excluding shipping costs.
● The product must be absolutely resalable.
● The product must be intact and complete in all its parts.
● You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
● The product must be shipped by you with transport insurance.
● You will receive the refund amount excluding shipping costs.
● The refund will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the purchase.

PLADIGIT MADE AN ERROR IN THE SHIPPING OF THE ORDER

THE ARTICLE IS DEFECTIVE
In the event that you have received one or more of a defective item from Pladigit, please inform Pladigit of the incident as soon as possible and strictly within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the order.

REPLACE AN ITEM
In case you want to receive another item to replace the purchase of a defective item:

● The item you will receive can only be the same as your initial order.

SHIPMENT
LOST ITEMS
In the event that you have not received one or more of an item from Pladigit because the person in charge of the shipment has lost the packaging during the journey, Pladigit assumes responsibility in all its parts. An order cannot be defined as closed before the person in charge of the shipment considers it delivered.
Pladigit is partially responsible for the goods in transit. In the event that it is found that your order has not been delivered, you can:
