SHIPPING POLICY

Pladigit takes the Shipping Policy very seriously in order to ensure that all services are reliable and professional in the interest of the consumer and the company. We are proud of our products. Your order is important and that's why Pladigit wants to make sure your product arrives on time and in perfect condition. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. The shipping policy applies from the moment Pladigit entrusts the delivery of your order to third parties.

 

Information about shipping:

Delivery times depend on the shipping method used. Security checks and customs processes in some countries may delay delivery, especially in certain periods of the year, which are in no way under the control of Pladigit.

 

Shipping and Delivery:

All orders are shipped using the method selected during the purchase process, the delivery costs are indicated in the cart and in the order confirmation. Shipping methods, costs, terms and conditions

Shipping insurance:

Shipping insurance is a service that should reimburse the customer in case of loss of the packaging or of theft and / or damage during transit, for any external cause while the goods are being loaded, custody and control of the person in charge of the delivery. The coverage only applies during the transit period, i.e. from the moment Pladigit delivers the goods to the place of destination. Details relating to shipping insurance are expressed in the terms of service. Shipping methods, costs, terms and conditions and all shipping criteria are strictly related to the courier in charge of the service and are not under the control of Pladigit, some conditions may therefore be changed or modified.

 

Order confirmation:

As soon as possible after your order, you will receive a confirmation by email from Pladigit. This means that your order has been received by us, is in Pladigit's internal systems and your credit or debit card has been authorized for payment. Orders are usually processed within 5 working days from the time of purchase (means for orders received between 10.00 and 15.00 - Central European Time Zone). If one of the items is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders that are canceled after 24 hours from the time of purchase will be subject to a customer charge of 20% of the order value for management costs, even if your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, the return shipping costs will be charged. The refund or any costs will be charged to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Any replacements will be sent to the address on the original invoice.

 

Delivery:

Please check the contents of the packaging received upon receipt in the event that you notice any substantial damage already at the time of delivery by the courier.
